Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of ultrasound screening for developmental dysplasia of the hip ( DDH) in infant.Methods:We performed DDH ultrasound on screening 16 857 children from June 2014 to June 2016 born in the hospital.Age from 1.5 months to 4 months. The total samples were grouped according to sex , and then we performed statistical analysis .Results:42 (2.49‰) of 16 857 children had DDH, 7 (0.41‰) of whom were male and 35 (2.07‰) were female.The prevalence of DDH is sig-nificantly greater in female than male (P<0.05).Conclusion: Ultrasound screening in the diagnosis of DDH can play a vital role for clinical research .To choose a better treatment time in the earlier stage in the disease can have a good control of the development of lesion .关键词
