摘要
Abstract
There are many people and little land in our country. The reserve cultivated land resources is extremely scarce, and the contradiction between people and land is outstanding. Accompanying with industrialization and ur-banization, the contradiction between land supply and demand is increasingly sharp. in order to use land resources effectively and promote urban and rural development, the implementation of increasing rural agricultual land and decreasing urban construction using land has become an effective way for easing the contradiction between land sup-ply and demand, optimizing the layout of urban and rural construction using land. Combining with practices of in-creasing rural agricultual land and decreasing urban construction using land in Xiajin county, the mode of urban and rural construction using land in Lubei plain has been put forward, the existing problems have been analyzed, and relative countermeasures have been put forward.关键词
