小麦N离子束注入诱变育种的应用研究
Application Research on Mutation Breeding of Wheat with Nitrogen Ion Beam

Abstract
In order to seek a new breeding technique to solve the scarcity problem of germplasm re-sources in the conventional breeding of wheat and improve the breeding quality and efficiency,a application research was developed combining with conventional breeding and mutation breeding with N ion beam.Differ-ent doses of N ion was injected into grains of Lianmai 6.The mutation effects of N ion injection on agronomic and physiological characters of Lianmai 6 were surveyed through the analysis of injury effects in M1 ,classified statistic and screening of mutant in M2 and stability appraisal with normal pedigree selection method in M3 . The results showed that the mutation effects of N ion injection on Lianmai 6 were significantly emerged in plant height,setting rate,heading date and mature plant rate of M1 .The mutation rates of M2 improved as the in-creasing of dose of N ion.The mutation rates of three kinds of doses of N ion were 5.38%,8.98%,11.02%respectively from low to high.There were obvious differences of repeated stability among three transgressive variant characters (dwarf with more tillers,prematurity and large spike)in M3 because of different dose treat-ments.The experiment indicated that different doses of ion injection had different influences on mutagenic effects of physiological characters of wheat.关键词
