红花大金元外观质量与感官质量的典型相关分析
Canonical Correlation Analysis of Appearance Quality and Sensory Quality of Honghuadajinyuan
摘要
Abstract
The sampling data of appearance and sensory quality of Honghuadajinyuan in Liangshan to-bacco area were collected,and their correlations were researched using the method of canonical correlation a-nalysis.The results showed that there were two sets of canonical correlation variables reached the significant level with the correlation coefficients of 0.8515 and 0.8281.There were obvious negative correlations of sen-sory quality irritancy and after taste with appearance quality identity;the volume of aroma had close relation-ships with tobacco maturity,oil and chrominance,and improved with their increase within a certain range.关键词
