摘要

Abstract

To investigate the effect of postharvest calcium treatment on shelf quality of sweet cherry fruits,the postharvest fruits of extremely late variety Juwanhong were dipped with different concentrations of CaCl2 solution under the shelf condition(18 ~20℃),then some related indicators were determined at regular intervals.The results showed that CaCl2 treatment had significant effects on sustaining fruit firmness,avoiding softening,retarding titratable acidity loss,keeping fruit skin luster and controlling fruit rot rate(P <0.05), but had no regular effect on soluble solid content.
