Establishment and Application of TaqMan Real -Time Fluorescence Quantitative PCR Detection Assay for Koi Herpesvirus
摘要
Abstract
The one -step method was used to rapidly extract DNA from koi tissue.A pair of specific primers and a fluorescent probe targeting conservative region of TK gene of koi herpesvirus (KHV)were de-signed.After the reaction system optimization,the quantitative detection of KHV was realized by real -time fluorescence quantitative PCR through real -time monitoring the fluorescence signal.This method was fast,sim-ple and easy to operate.Thus,it could be used for rapid diagnosis of KHV and had certain application value.关键词
