摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the toxicity of chito-oligosaccharide and E jiao preparations.Methods The acute toxicity test of mice was used to detect the acute toxicity of chito-oligosaccharide and E jiao preparations;Ames test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test and sperm shape abnormality test of mice were performed for the genetic toxicity;and the 30-day feeding test of mice was used to detect the subacute toxicity.Results The acute toxicity test of Chito-oligosaccharide and E jiao preparations showed they were non-toxic.The results of genetic toxicity test were all negative,including Ames test,micronucleus test and sperm shape abnormality test.The results of 30-day feeding test had no toxic effect on the ob-served indexes of rats.Conclusion Chito-oligosaccharide and E jiao preparations are non-toxic substances and have no acute toxicity,genetic toxicity and subacute toxicity.关键词
