Effect of Shuxin Anshen paste on rat′s autonomic activity and the effect of Shuxin Anshen paste and sodium pentobarbital on mouse′s sleep and motor coordination
目的：观察舒心安神膏灌胃对大鼠自主活动及联合戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射对小鼠睡眠、肌肉协调运动能力的影响。方法将健康SPF级SD大鼠50只随机分为A、B、C、D、E组，每组10只。 A、B、C组分别予0．28、0．84、1．40 g／mL的舒心安神膏1 mL／100 g灌胃，1次／d，连续5 d。 D组于给药第5天予2 mg／kg安定灌胃。 E组为空白对照组，予1 mL／100 g纯净水灌胃。末次给药60 min后取各组大鼠置于自发活动箱内，记录5 mi…查看全部>>
