温下健脾法改善重度脓毒症患者胃肠功能障碍的临床研究
Clinical study of warming spleen method improving gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with severe sepsis
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To study the effect of warming spleen method improving gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with severe sepsis .Method :A total of 90 consecutives were divided into three groups and each of 30 cases ,the combined group(Fugui Jianghuang decoction + common medical treatments ) ,compare one group (lactulose + common medical treatments)and compare two group (common medical treatments )by a random ,double-blind ,compare method ;then to compare effects differences .Results :The NRS2002 and APACHE Ⅱ scores in combined group were lower than be-fore treatment ,thus significantly lower than the other two groups (P< 0 .05) . The BMI ,body weight ,middle arm circ-umference ,skin fold thickness values in the three groups were no statistical differences (P> 0 .05) . The HGB ,ALB ,pre-albumin and transferring levels in the three groups were all higher than before ,what’s more ,they in combined group were significantly higher than the others(P< 0 .05) . And the in-ICU days and mortality for 28 days in combined group were significantly less(P< 0 .05) . Conclusion :Warming spleen method could furtherly improve gastrointestinal dysfunction in patients with severe sepsis .关键词
