化湿理气方为主治疗慢性胃炎近远期疗效研究

Abstract
Objective :To explore the recent and long-term efficacy of Huashi Liqi decoction treatment on pa-tients with chronic gastritis .Methods :110 patients with chronic gastritis accepted were selected and divided into two groups with 55 cases in each .Western medicine was given to the control group and different-stage traditional Chinese medicine was given to the treatment group .Then the total efficacy ,the changing of symptom score and the recovery of gastroscope operation were examined .Results :The cure rate and total efficacy of treatment group were obviously better than the control group (P< 0 .05) .The scores of epigastralgia ,belching ,anorexia after treatment of two groups were ap-parently lower than before treatment with statistically difference (P< 0 .05) .The scores of the treatment group were ob-viously lower than the control group (P< 0 .05) .In control group ,the negative transformation rate of HP was 83 .63% , the recurrence rate was 23 .63% ,and the adverse reaction rate was 10 .92% .In treatment group ,which was 94 .55% ,12 . 73% ,3 .64% .The adverse reaction rate and the recurrence of treatment group were obviously lower than control group , and the negative transformation rate of HP of treatment group was apparently higher than control group with statistically significance (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Different-stage traditional Chinese medicine is significantly effective in the treatment of patients with chronic gastritis .关键词
