Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical effect of nasal sinusitis oral liquid on CRS .Methods :84 cases of chronic sinusitis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups ,control group (40 cases) were treated with cla-rithromycin capsules ,and treatment group(44 cases) were treated with sinusitis oral liquid .Symptom scores and levels of inflammatory factors such as IL-6 ,IL-2 ,TNF-a were compared before treatment and 20 days after treatment .The condition of nasal cavity were assessed by Lund-kennedy score .The differences of clinical efficacy and the adverse reaction were observed .Results :The symptom score and Lund-kennedy score were lower after treatment than before in both group ,but the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group (P< 0 .05) .After treatment ,the lev-els of IL-6 ,IL-2 ,TNF-a were significantly decreased in both group ,but the treatment group decreased more significantly , and the total effective rate was higher than that in control group (P< 0 .05) .2 cases had adverse reactions (1 case of nausea ,1 case of aminotransferase rising )in control group ,and 3 cases had adverse reactions (1 case of nausea ,1 case of diarrhea ,1 case of rash ) in treatment group ,but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0 .05) .Conclusion :Sinusitis oral liquid has significant effect on chronic sinusitis ,it can help to improve the symptoms and nasal cavity ,and inhibit the inflammatory reaction .关键词
