补阳还五汤配合西药分期治疗急性高血压脑出血的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective :To explore application value of Buyang Huanwu decoction with western medicine in the treatment of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage .Methods :80 cases of acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage pa-tients were random divided into two groups ,accepted western medicine as control group ,accepted Buyang Huanwu de-coction according to western medicine stage as treatment group ,40 in each group .Compared the nerve injury ,inflamma-tory factor changes of the two groups .Results :There was no statistical difference of survival of two groups (P> 0 .05) . After 2-week treatment ,the GCS score of treatment group was higher than control group ,the NIHSS score ,hs-CRP , VEGF and Hpa were lower than control group(P< 0 .05) .The total effective of treatment group was higher than control group(P> 0 .05) .There was no statistical difference of incidence of adverse reactions of two groups (P> 0 .05) .Conclu-sion :Buyang Huanwu decoction with western medicine treatment can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of a -cute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage .关键词
