尿激酶联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗老年心肌梗死的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To explore the clinical effect of Urokinase combining with Qili Qiangxin capsule in the treatment of 80 cases elderly patients with myocardial infarction .Methods :80 cases elderly patients with myocardial in-farction in our hospital were selected .The patients were randomly and averagely divided into treatment group and control group ,the patients in control group were given urokinase and other conventional therapy ,the patents in treatment group were given the same treatment as control group and meanwhile given the Qili Qiangxin capsule treatment .Observed the changes of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels in two groups before and after 4 weeks treatment ,and observer the ad-verse reactions occur in two groups after the followed up 5 months .Results :After 4 weeks treatment ,the levels of BNP in two groups were obvilusly decreased compared with prior treatment ( P < 0 .05) ;the levels of BNP in the treatment group was lower than in control group ,showed significant difference , ( P < 0 .05 ) ;five months follow-up treatment found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group (P< 0 .05) . Conclusion :The application of Urokinase combined Qili Qiangxin capsule has the significant effect on the treatment of myocardial infarction ,and shows fewer adverse reaction ,higher clinical value .关键词
