温经通络方熏洗配合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical effect of Wenjing Tongluo decoction fumigation combined with Intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of osteoarthritis of knee joint .Methods :52 cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in our hospital were selected .All patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group ,26 cases in each group .The control group was treated with Intra-articular injection of sodium hyalur-onate .The treatment group was treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and Wenjing Tongluo decoc-tion fumigation .After 6 months ,the improvement of joint function ,pain score (VAS) and total effective rate of the two groups were observed and compared .Results :Before treatment ,the difference between the knee joint function of two groups of patients with Lequesne index ,VAS pain scores were not statistically significant (P > 0 .05) .After treatment , the knee joint function and pain degree of the two groups of patients were improved .However ,the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P< 0 .05) ,and the total effective rate was more significant(P< 0 .001) .Conclusion :It is safe and reliable to use Wenjing Tongluo decoction fumigation combined with so -dium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee joint .It can be replenished each other perfectly , its clinical effect is remarkable .关键词
