黄芪竹叶汤治疗消渴病气阴两虚证及对改善胰岛β细胞功能和胰岛素抵抗的作用研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To analyze the islet β-cell function and insulin resistance of Huangqi Zhuye decoction in diabetes syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin .Methods :Application of random number table method ,80 patients of diabetes syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin were divided into two groups ,40 in each group .Control group treated with western medicine ,treatment group treated with western medicine combined Huangqi Zhuye decoction .Analysis the islet β cell function and insulin resistance of the two groups .Results :After 8-week treatment ,the treatment group FINS , 2 hINS ,fasting C peptide ,2h C peptide and HOMA-β was higher than control group ,the HOMA-IR was lower than con-trol group(P< 0 .05) .There was no statistically significant difference of incidence reactions between the two groups dur -ing treatment(P> 0 .05) .Conclusion :The treatment of Huangqi Zhuye decoction can effectively improve the islet β cell function and insulin resistance of diabetes syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin .关键词
