摘要
Abstract
Objective :To observe the therapeutic effect and mechanism of invigorating kidney and regulating menstruation to treat the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease ,and to summarize the clinical significance .Methods :In our hospital from pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae in 82 cases ,according to the random number table method to ex-tract average divided into two groups ,41 cases in each ,the control group using conventional Fuyankang capsule in the treatment of ,the treatment group take kidney Tiaozhou method combined with clearing and removing blood stasis for the treatment ,were compared between the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score ,local signs ,total score changes ,menstruation ,abdominal pain and follow-up of quality of life .Results :Treatment group after a course of treatment ,TCM syndrome integral and local signs ,total score ,menstrual improvement ,abdominal pain improvement and before treatment was improved significantly (P< 0 .05) .In both groups of the patients life quality score and improve the total effective rate of the existence of significant differences between (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :The nourishing kidney and regulating week method combined with cleaning and removing blood stasis method in the treatment of pelvic inflam -matory disease sequelae of treatment effects should be affirmed ,can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and signs disappeared ,regulate menstruation ,improve abdominal pain ,and comprehensively improve the quality of life in patients with .关键词
