加味苓桂术甘方对酒精性脂肪肝防治作用的实验研究
Linggui Zhugan decoction on prevention and treatment of alcoholic fatty liver
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To examine the effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction on prevention and treatment of alcoholic fatty liver .Methods :60 male Spague-Dawlayrats were randomly divided into 6 groups with 10 rats in each group .50 rats were fed with high fat diet and ethanol fed to establish the experimental model of alcoholic fatty liver .The animal model group were administered saline ,and the animals of experimental group were treated with different doses of Linggui Zhugan and ethanol gavage .General conditition ,liver index ,liver pathology ,hepatic function and blood lipid contents of rats were to observed and analysied to investigate the effect of Linggui Zhugan decoction on prevention and treatment of alcoholic fatty liver .Results :Compared with the model group ,behaviors of animals of nonalcoholic fatty liv-er disease model group treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction have significantly improved .Pathological analysis showed that the liver steatosis and inflammation of animalstreated with Linggui Zhugan decoction at large dosage and medium dosage significantly reduced .Serum liver function test results show that ALT ,AST of serum in groups of animals treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction at large dosage and medium dosage were significantly decreased .Also TG ,TC and FFA levels were significantly decreased in groups of animals treated with Linggui Zhugan decoction at large dosage and medi-um dosage .Conclusion :Linggui Zhugan decoction has significant preventive effect on alcoholic fatty liver .关键词
