落花生枝叶水煎剂提升 SOD 作用对高蛋氨酸灌胃大鼠血管内皮的保护作用
Peanut leaves decoction protective effects of SOD to enhance the effect of the high methionine fed rats vascular endothelium
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the peanut leaves decoction on rats fed high methionine intervention and dose-effect relationship .Method :Let ZC ,MX ,XY and ZY ,ZD group ,in addition to six weeks before foreign ZC group were given distilled water orally by intragastric administration of the other four groups L- methionine production of high methionine diet model .After six weeks on the basis of gavage intervention for 4 weeks ,subjects ,serum SOD content , structure and thoracic aorta IL-8 ,ICAM-1mRNA expression .Results :Compared with ZC group ,MX serum SOD was significantly lower ,western medicine , traditional Chinese medicine group , TCM high dose group than in the normal group ,the model group were higher (P< 0 .05) .PCR results suggest that high concentrations of groundnut leaves decoc-tion can inhibit intercellular adhesion molecule ICAM-1 expression ;immunohis to chemistry tips groundnut leaves decoc-tion can inhibit the expression of interleukin -8 (IL-8) .Conclusion :Peanut leaves decoction has elevated the role of SOD , and fed high methionine vascular endothelial injury in rats ,and the effect is similar to simvastatin .关键词
