Abstract
Objective:To evaluate difference of effect between combined Relinging and other drugs in treating prostatitis. Methods:Computer retrieval literature about clinical research of Relingqing in treating prostatitis,selected randomized controlled test(RCT)researches comply with the requirements from domestic establishment to June 2015 since 1989. Meta analysis was performed to assess the quality of literatures by Review Manager 5.3 software. Results:10 literatures were retrieved in total. There were 1 448 cases included literature,which were divided into treatment group (806 cases)and control group (642 cases). The total effective cases in treatment group were 709 cases,and total effective cases of control group were 408. It is shown by meta analysis that total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of control group. The results suggested by sensitivity studies were stable but there may be potential publication bias. Conclusion:The curative effect of combined with Relinqing is better than that of other drugs in treating prostatitis,but this conclusion should be confirmed by more randomized controlled clinical study.关键词
