益智仁-乌药醚提取物对糖尿病肾病氧化应激Mn-SOD、MDA影响实验研究OA
Experimental study of the ether extract of the Yizhiren-Wuyao on expression of Mn-SOD,MDA in rats with diabetic nephropathy
目的：探讨不同浓度益智仁-乌药醚提取物对糖尿病肾病大鼠的抗氧化应激作用。方法：SD大鼠高糖高脂饮食联合STZ腹腔注射造模4 w。随机分为空白组、益智仁-乌药醚提取物高、中、低剂量组，西药组、模型组6组，每组10只。给药4 w后用ELISA法检测各组大鼠Mn-SOD，TBA法检测MDA。结果：与模型组比较，益智仁-乌药醚提取物各剂量组及西药组Mn-SOD明显升高（P<0.01），MDA明显降低（P<0.05，P<0.01），且作用…查看全部>>
