偶刺针法治疗前斜角肌综合征临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of paired needling on scalenus anticus syndrome. Methods:39 patients were randomly divided into observation group with 20 cases and control group with 19 cases. Two groups were given paired needling and block therapy respectively. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after two courses of treatment. Results:After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05),and the control group decreased more significantly (P< 0.01). The difference on markedly effective rate and total effective rate of two groupss had no statistical significance,but the recurrence rate of observation group significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:The paired needling has good effect on scalenus anticus syndrome and it can low recurrence rate.关键词
