独活寄生汤在类风湿关节炎患者常规治疗药物中疗效的Meta分析
A meta-analysis about effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction on patients with rheumatoid arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Duhuo Jisheng decoction treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:A computer search was performed using China journal full text database (CNKI)、China Science and technology journals full text database (VIP)、Pub Med、Medline、Embase to identify the randomized controlled trials (RCTs)of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis published up to January 2015. Supplementary and manual search was carried out based on the references of the collected literature. Results:A total of 5 RCTs were included in the meta-analysis,contain 328 patients (routine western medicine group of 164 cases and routine western medicine combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction group of 164 cases). The Meta-analysis showed that routine western medicine group combined woth Duhuo Jisheng decoction group had a significantly higher efficacy than the that of routine western medicine group [RR=1.24,95%CI (1.12,1.38),P<0.000 1]. Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng decoction is commonly used for treating rheumatism arthritis.关键词
