摘要
Abstract
Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Yupinfeng powder in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Method:Computer retrieval literature about clinical research of Yupinfeng powder in treating COPD, selected randomized controlled test(RCT)researches comply with the requirements from domestic establishment up to April 2015. Meta analysis was performed to assess the quality of literatures by Review Manager 5.3 software. Results:A total of 5 RCTs were included in the Meta-analysis,and all of them were carried in China. The Jadad score of 3 studies was 1,2 studies were 2. The Meta-analysis showed that efficacy of Yupinfeng powder group was higher than that of the control group [RR=1.30,95%CI (1.17,1.43),P<0.000 01]. Yupinfeng powder could improve the FEV1/FVC% of the patients [WMD=6.45,95%CI (4.20,8.71),P=0.000 01]. Conclusion:Compared with conventional western medicine,Yupinfeng powder can improve the clinical efficacy in treating COPD. Yupinfeng powder has effect on improving pulmonary function.关键词
