Abstract
O bjective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture on Ashi points combined with auricular plaster therapy in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods:60 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases for each group. The patients in treatment group were treated with acupuncture on ashi points combined with auricular plaster,while the patients in control group were treated with conventional acupuncture. The clinical effect and the shoulder joint pain score were observed of the two groups. Results:After treatment,total effective ratio of control group and treatment group were 76.7%,93.3% respectively. There was significant difference of clinical effect between two groups (P<0.05). Compared with control group,the shoulder joint pain score in treatment group was reduced (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture on ashi points combined with auricular plaster therapy is more effective than the conventional acupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis.关键词
