Abstract
The systematic analysis has been respectively conducted with regard to the methods and models in quality management, which include the 6 sigma DMAIC, quality control circle, risk management, root cause analysis, kaizen, eight-discipline problem solving, and reliability work. Moreover these methods in quality management have permeated the quintessence of quality improvement.关键词
