摘要
Abstract
This paper proves that the unified code of social credit system achieves results in streamline administrative, and points out that the department accumulates abundant information resources in the process of performance of functions. Information resources have tremendous social value and economic value, but most of them are unused for many reasons, such as government’s out-of-date concept of information resource development, incomplete laws and regulations, scattered information resources, etc. The author collects the cases of information resources development and application, to enlighten the application of the unified code of social credit information resources.关键词
