浅论我国节水制度的问题及对策
Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of Water Saving System in China
摘要
Abstract
Based on the scientific definition and extension of “water resources” concept, this article proposes to establish the comprehensive water-saving management mode with the government macroeconomic regulation and control, the market for foundation and pubic participation and accelerate the summary and updating of water-saving standards which are over a decade, filling the blank in the area of standards for industrial water, agricultural water saving and life saving.关键词
