摘要
Abstract
It is crucial to construct a complete credit evaluation index system of bid evaluation experts in order to enhance bidding credit management. The paper points out the key elements of the credit evaluation index system through the manners of literature research, practical investigation and expert interview. The credit evaluation model is established by applying the Delphi method combined with analytic hierarchy process, which provides reference for bidding management department.关键词
