Abstract
Adoptable defining method is the guide for standard planning and proposal and also the premise to guarantee the standard development and implementing effects. The paper analyzes the impact of confusion of standard type, assesses the feasibility of different classification methods, analyzes overall standards relationship, establishes a standard hierarchical framework, refines the boundary conditions of technical standards, and conducts research on the defining method of the “frame-based”technical standards, guiding enterprises to divide technical standards.关键词
