摘要

Abstract

The abundance of glycoproteins and the glycans attached are usually low in body. In order to analyze them accurately and eliminate the interference of non-glycoproteins and non-glycopeptides,methods of enrichment are needed. A kind of novel magnetic nanoparticles based on click reaction and multiple-functional-site poly-( allyl chloride)structure is designed and prepared. The related hydrophilic enrichment method for glycopeptide is developed. Totally 32 glycopeptide signals were detected from human immunoglobulin G trypsin enzymolysis under the optimized conditions. The method can reach a limit of detection of 10 fmol on human immu-noglobulin G trypsin enzymolysis,with an adsorption capacity of 100 mg of 1 g particles.
