米根霉两段式利用板栗栗苞生产富马酸

Abstract
Fumaric acid production from autohydrolysis⁃pretreated Chinese chestnut shell by Rhizopus oryzae was investigated in a two⁃stage fermentation. Autohydrolysis pretreatment of Chinese chestnut shell was carried out at 220 ℃. Enzymatic hydrolysis yield of pretreated Chinese chestnut shell was over 95%based on 50 g/L substrate loading using a cellulase loading of 50 FPIU/g cellulose. Rhizopus oryzae could grow and obtain 4. 5 g/L fungal biomass in proliferation medium containing xylose.Pre⁃cultured Rhizopus oryzae was used for production of fumaric acid from enzymatic hydrolysate of pretreated Chinese chestnut shell. Fumaric acid of 15. 78 g/L was obtained after 96 h fermentation with a yield of 0. 34 g/g.关键词
