摘要

Abstract

To improve the biosurfactant production by Rhodococcus SY095, single factor experiment and response surface methodology were applied to optimize the fermentation conditions. Temperature, rotate speed,initial pH and inoculum amount were studied. Box⁃Behnken experiment was designed by Expert 8. 06.The quadratic regression model with variables such as temperature,rotate speed and initial pH was established. Finally, the optimal fermentations conditions were determined as follows: fermentation temperature 29. 5 ℃,rotate speed 158 r/min,initial pH 7. 42. Under the optimal conditions,the surface tension of fermentation supernatant reached 29. 854 mN/m,and the biosurfactant yield was 3. 31 g/L.In a 70⁃L fermentor,the biosurfactant yield reached 9. 28 g/L,2. 8 times higher than that cultured in shaking flask.
