凹土介孔材料的制备及其固载猪胰脂肪酶
Preparation of attapulgite mesoporous materials for immobilization of porcine pancreatic lipase

Abstract
Attapulgite mesoporous materials were synthesized via high temperature method, with natural attapulgite,sodium silicate and aluminum chloride as raw materials and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB)as a template agent under alkaline condition.Then the synthesized material was used to immobilizae porcine pancreatic lipase(PPL).Immobilization samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM),Brunauer⁃Emmet⁃Teller (BET) adsorption and desonsion isotherm and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT⁃IR),et al.Results show that the synthesized sample had typical mesoporous structure and larger aperture on its surface. Attapulgite mesoporous materials had a surface area of 102. 27 m2/g. The optimum temperature for lipase immobilization was 25℃,and the optimum pH was 6. The thermal stability and pH stability of immobilized lipase were better than free enzyme after loading for 4 h.关键词
