摘要

Abstract

Single factor test and Box⁃Behnken design method were adopted to optimize an ultrasonic⁃assisted extraction process of liquiritin from Xinjiang licorice extract. Three factors including ratio of material to liquid, supersonic time, ethanol concentration were selected with Box⁃Behnken design. The optimal conditions were:ratio of material to liquid 2. 5 g/L,ultrasonic time 24 min,ethanol volume ratio 59%.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of liquiritin could reach 0. 832% at one⁃time extraction. This research might provide the basis for the comprehensive utilization and industrialization of licorice extract.
