机械通气呼吸机管道湿化模式对呼吸机相关性肺炎的影响
Influence of mechanical ventilation and ventilator pipeline humidification mode on patients with ventilator associ-ated pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of two kinds of ventilator pipeline humidification models on the ventilator associated pneumonia,so as to provide references for the prevention of ventilator associated pneumo-nia.Methods:A total of 206 cases of patients with established artificial airway and mechanical ventilation over 28 days were randomly divided into observation group(106 cases)and control group(100 cases),the patients in control group used ordinary disposable ventilator humidification pipeline system without the hot wire,while the patients in observation group used humidifying system of disposable sealed double heating wire tube.Two groups of mechanical ventilation patients with ventilator wet pipe system were respectively observed on the oc-currence of ventilator associated pneumonia on the third day,seventh day,tenth day,fourteenth day,twenty first day,twenty eighth day after machined.To observe the incidence of sputum viscosity,formation of sputum and bronchial spasm and airway mucosa,trachea catheter blocking in the process of mechanical ventilation and venti-lator pipe replacement times,pipeline pipe using time,dumping condensation of water,times of the ventilator tube nursing.Results:There was statistically significant difference in sputum viscosity,incidence of formation of sputum and bronchial spasm,airway mucosa injury,trachea catheter blocking during the mechanical ventilation (P <0.01).There was statistically significant difference in incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia between both groups on the 14th day,21st day and 28th day(P <0.05),there were statistically significant difference in the number of ventilator pipe replacement times,pipeline using time,dumping condensation water and daily ventilator tube nursing times between both groups (P < 0.01 ).Conclusion:The humidifying effect of closed double heating type and automatic ventilator pipeline system more met the body’s physiological requirements, which could assure quality humidifying of mechanical ventilation,reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia,reduce the workload of nurses.关键词
