Abstract
Objective:To investigate the psychological consistency and quality of life of patients after cardiac valve replacement and their correlation.Methods:A total of 120 patients after cardiac valve replacement were in-vestigated by using the psychological consensus scale(SOC 13)and chronic cardiac insufficiency quality of life (LHFQ).Results:The psychological consistency score of patients after cardiac valve replacement was 53.77 ± 10.93.The quality of life score was 56.67±12.44.The sense of understanding score of patients after heart valve replacement was negatively correlated with the total score of quality of life and all dimensions scores(P <0.05);the multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that sense of understanding and patient’s course of disease could explain the 13.4% factor of the total score of quality of life of patients.Conclusion:The psychological con-sistency and quality of life status of patients after cardiac valve replacement were inferior,and there was a corre-lation between the two.The sense of understanding and the course of disease were the predictors of quality of life of the patients.关键词
