Abstract
Objective:To know about the posttraumatic growth status of parents of children with malignant tumor and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 90 cases of parents of children with malignant tumor were investigated by using post traumatic growth scale(PTGI),simple coping style questionnaire(SCSQ)and social support rating scale(SSRS).Results:The total score of posttraumatic growth of parents of children with malig-nant tumor was 62.69±1 1.46,item average score of five dimensions from high to low was in turn philosophy of life (4.08±1.02),individual strength(3.79 ± 1.1 9 ),and relationship with ather people(3.18 ± 1.13),self transformation(3.06±1.02),new possibilities(2.43±1.18).The total score of social support was 42.48±6.35,the subjective support score was 24.84±3.62,the objective support score was 10.01 ±2.87,social support utiliza-tion score was 7.49 ±1.78.The positive coping score in simple coping style was 1.67 ±0.46,negative coping score was 1.1 9±0.49.The positive coping of parents of children with malignant tumor was positively correlated with the total score of posttraumatic growth,philosophy of life,the relationship with others,self transformation and dimensions of new possibilities (P <0.05);the total score of social support was positively correlated with the posttraumatic growth ,philosophy of life,personal power and new possible dimensions (P <0.05).Regres-sion analysis showed that two variables included positive coping and total social support score entered in the re-gression equation,which could explain the total variance of 22.9% posttraumatic growth.Conclusion:Social sup-port and positive coping style were important factors that affected the posttraumatic growth of parents of chil-dren with malignant tumor.关键词
