住院抑郁症病人的家庭功能及家属心理状态研究
Study on family function of depression inpatients and psychological status of their family members
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the family function of depression patients and psychological status of their family members,and provide a basis for further intervention and publicity for the patients’family members. Methods:A total of 150 family members of depression patients were randomly selected as the research group, which came from mind disorder ward in mental health center in West China Hospital of Sichuan University,and 150 family members of healthy volunteers were recruited as the control group.Then the family members in two groups received the questionnaire by using the family function evaluation table(FAD)and symptom checklist 90 (SCL 90).Results:The scores of FAD all dimensions in research group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05 ).The unhealthy proportion of problem solving,communication,emotional response,emotional in-volvement,behavior control and the overall function in research group was higher than that in control group(P <0.05).The scores of somatization,depression and anxiety of SCL 90 in study group were higher than the do-mestic norm(P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Depression patients’family function had problems in many aspects,their family members’psychological state was worse than the domestic norm,so the medical staffs should pay atten-tion to the psychological state of the family members while providing services for patients.关键词
