社区糖尿病管理病例药物治疗管理与疾病控制及相关病症的关系
Relationship between drug therapy management and disease control of community management of diabetes cases and related disorders

Abstract
Objective:To know about the status quo of drug therapy of community management of diabetes pa-tients,and probe into its influence on disease control and progress.Methods:A total of 387 diabetes patients par-ticipating in community management were investigated on drug therapy,management behaviors,fasting plasma glucose,blood pressure,blood lipid and related disorders by using cross sectional survey model.Results:There were 363 cases of patients who received the drug hypoglycemic therapy(93.8%),63 cases(1 6.3%)with compli-ance of fasting plasma glucose,blood pressure and lipid,315 cases(81.4%)of patients said they had diabetes re-lated disorders.Logistic regression analysis showed that there was statistically significant difference in the influ-ence of age,whether the combined use of oral hypoglycemic agents or not and whether increasing or reducing the drug by themselves on control of fasting plasma glucose,blood pressure and lipid;there was statistically sig-nificant difference in the influence of course,whether prescribed medication or not according to the ad or wheth-er to recommend others to buy medicine or not on diabetes related disorders.Conclusion:The rate of drug thera-py for community diabetes patients was higher,the age,course,oral hypoglycemic agents programme and medi-cation compliance had influence on disease control and occurrence of related disorders.关键词
