前列腺癌病人支持性照顾需求与生活质量的相关分析
Correlation analysis between supportive care needs and quality of life in prostate cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of supportive care needs on quality of life and emotional states of newly diagnosed prostate cancer patients,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical nursing personnel ef-fectively formulating nursing plan and implementation of supportive care services.Methods:A cross sectional descriptive research design was used,a total of 48 newly diagnosed prostate cancer patients received the investi-gation by using cancer supportive care needs questionnaire(SCNS SF34),hospital anxiety and depression scale (HADS),SF 12 volume table of health related quality of life(the 12 items Short Form Health Survey,SF 12), cancer patients quality of life table:prostate cancer sub scale(EORTC QLQ PR25).Results:The unmet needs scores of all dimensions of supportive care needs in prostate cancer patients were followed by 71.43±24.50 of health information needs,55.68±26.94 of care and support demand,35.78±25.20 of psychological needs,34.77±2.36 of physiology and daily life demand,22.98 ± 23.42 of sexual demand.All dimensions of patients’supportive care needs were correlated with multiple dimensions of EORTC,QLQ PR25 SF 12,HADS questionnaire(P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion:All dimensions of supportive care needs of prostate cancer patients had the unmet needs situation,and the more patient’s unmet needs were,the worse the quality of life and psychological status were.For the moment,there were unmet needs field and service gap in treatment and nursing service of prostate cancer patients,the medical personnel should implement appropriate intervention to promote related supportive care services,and give priority to strengthen education of disease related information and provide psychological counseling treatment.关键词
