System evaluation and meta analysis of auricular plaster intervention for diabetic gastroparesis patients

Abstract
Objective:Systematically evaluate the curative effect of auricular plaster for patients with diabetic gas-troparesis.Methods:The randomized controlled trials on auricular plaster for treatment of insomnia from 8 data-bases of Chinese and English were retrieved by using computer,backed into the literature references.Literature retrieval time for each database until September 2015.It screened literatures and extracted the data and assessed the methodological quality of the included studies according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.It systemati-cally evaluated randomized controlled trials on auricular plaster for treatment of diabetic gastroparesis,the data were statistical analyzed using special software RevMan5.3.Results:A total of 565 patients from 8 studies met the inclusion criteria.Meta analysis results showed:the efficiency of auricular plaster for the treatment of dia-betic gastroparesis was better than that in the control group[RR =1.26,95% CI (1.15,1.38),P <0.000 01 ];Blood glucose after meal 2 hours of patients with diabetic gastroparesis in experimental group was better than that in control group[RR=-0.29,95%CI =(-0.55,-0.02),P <0.05],the difference had statistical signifi-cance.Conclusion:Auricular plaster for the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis had better curative effect and safety than the pure western medicine therapy,but due to the methodological quality of trials was not high,not yet fully affirmed,It needed high quality test to further confirm.关键词
