Influence of real leadership on job burnout and turnover intention of nursing personnel
[目的]检验真实型领导对护理人员工作倦怠和离职意向的影响。[方法]采用横断面问卷调查收集数据,采用结构方程模型检验变量间的相互关系。[结果]真实型领导得分为3.615分±0.406分,真实型领导能够显著降低下属护士的情绪耗竭(β=-0.35, P <0.01)、人格解体(β=-0.54,P <0.01)和离职意向(β=-0.33,P <0.01),显著促进下属护士的成就感(β=0.73,P <0.01)。[结论]真实型领导…查看全部>>
