摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the status quo of core competence of nursing managers in Guangdong prov-ince,and probe into the relationship between their core competence and self efficacy,so as to provide a basis for improving the core competence of nursing managers.Methods:A total of 1 91 nursing managers from 3 third grade A hospitals and 3 second grade A hospitals of Guangdong received the questionnaire by using the Compen-cy Inventory for Registered Nurses in the People’s Republic of China(CIRN)and General Self Efficacy Scale (GSES).Results:The total score of core competence scale of nursing managers in Guangdong was(173.38±23.62), and the total score of self efficacy was(29.29 ±5.02);the self efficacy had positively correlation with all di-mensions of core competence and total scores(P <0.01),and it could independently predict 36.6% of variance of nursing managers’core competence.Conclusion:Self efficacy was an important influencing factor of the core competence of nursing managers.It could improve the core competence of nursing managers through the inter-vention of self efficacy,and then to further improve the quality of clinical nursing.
