Influence of time management disposition and self concept on subjective well being of male undergraduate nurs-ing students

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of time management disposition and self concept on subjective well being of male undergraduate nursing students.Methods:A total of 377 male undergraduate nursing students and 488 female undergraduate nursing students were investigated by using the time management dispo-sition scale,self concept scale and subjective well being scale from Bengbu Medical College and Wannan Med-ical College.Results:There was statistically significant difference in negative emotion score among different gen-ders of undergraduate nursing student(P <0.01 ).The life satisfaction score and positive emotion score of fe-male undergraduate nursing students were higher than those of male undergraduate nursing students.There were statisticall significant differences in positive emotion score and negative emotion score among different grades of male undergraduate nursing students(P <0.05).There were statistically significant differences in life satisfaction score,and positive emotion score of male nursing students with different time management disposi-tion levels(P <0.001).There were statistically significant differences in life satisfaction score,positive emotion score and negatile emotion score of male undergraduate nursing students with different self concept levels(P <0.001).There was pairwise correlation among,life satisfaction,positive emotion,time management disposition and self concept of pairwise correlation(P <0.01 ),and life satisfeection and positive emotion were negatively correlated with negative emotion (P <0.05).The self concept played an intermediary role between time man-agement disposition and subjective well being.Conclusion:Time management disposition and self concept could be as predictive variable of subjective well being,self concept served as an intermediary role between time management disposition and subjective well being.关键词
