The Effect of Nitrogen and Different ratios Nitrogen Forms on Larix principis-rupprechtii Seed Ger-mination and Seedling Growth

Abstract
Objective]This paper researches the influence of the nitrogen and different nitrogen forms on the Larix principis-rupprechtii seed germination rate and seedling growth in order to provide basis for the reasonable regulation and fertilization of Larix principis-rupprechtii seed germination and seedling growth.[Methods]An experiment was conducted to study the effect NO-3 -N and NH +4 -N different supply ratios on the Larix principis-rupprechtii seed ger-mination by conventional seed quality inspection procedures and seed germination experiments,and use the sand culture to research the influence of different ratio nitrogen on the Larix principis-rupprechtii seeding growth,biomass and bi-omass distribution.[Results]The results show that when the total nitrogen supply is 20 mmol·L-1 which is the opti-mum for the Larix principis-rupprechtii seed germination,different nitrogen forms influence the Larix principis-rupprechtii seed germination,when the nitrate nitrogen:ammonium nitrogen was 3∶1,seed germination rate and ger-mination rate is the highest,the growth of seed plant height and stem growth are also the largest.When the NO-3 -N is 50%,the total plant biomass have maximum.As the season progresses,the biomass in the stem especially in the root are increased significantly,different ratios nitrogen have different influences on the distribution of biomass,but the difference is not significant.[Conclusion]When the nitrogen supply is 20 mmol·L-1 ,NO-3 -N∶NH +4 -N is 3∶1 was bet-ter to improve Larix principis-rupprechtii seed germination rate and seedling growth.关键词
