超声波辅助碱法提取大米草半纤维素
Extraction of hemicelluloses from spartina anglica by ultrasonic-assisted alkaline
摘要
Abstract
Objective]The extraction conditions of hemicelluloses from spartina anglica by ultrasonic-assisted alkaline were studied.[Methods]With hemicelluloses as index,the content of NaOH,ultrasonic time,extraction temperature and the concentration of H 2 O2 were evaluated by L9 (3 4 )orthogonal design method.[Results]The optimum extraction conditions for hemicelluloses were NaOH 4%,ultrasonic time 1 5 min,extraction temperature 65℃,H 2 O2 2%.The ex-traction rate could reach up to 24.1 6% under these conditions.[Conclusion]The procedure of the extraction can be helpful to the factory-scale production.关键词
