萱草属种质资源主要观赏性状的多样性分析
Diversity of the main ornamental traits for Hemerocallis spp .accessions
摘要
Abstract
Objective]The aim of this paper was to find out the status of Hemerocallis germplasm resources in our country,and to construct the association population and supply basis for association analysis.[Methods]13 traits about flower for 85 accessions from China and abroad were recorded,which included the flower diameter,outer and inner te-pals length and width,flower color,flower form and inflorescence form et al.[Results]The results showed that the Hemerocallis spp .accessions were of rich flower color combination,numerous flower form,flower petal type and in-florescence form.The flower phenotypic traits were diversity,and could provide intuitive basis for the breeding objec-tives.Moreover,the flower color,flower form and flower color mode were more consistent in the night blooming group of daylily and local varieties,and were much richer in the day blooming group of nightlily and the horticultural cultivars.[Conclusion]These 85 Hemerocallis accessions were of rich flower phenotype,could supply the direct basis for make breeding aims,and also supply reference for group analysis of Hemerocallis spp .from morphology.关键词
