丹参内生拮抗细菌 DS-9发酵条件的优化
Optimization of fermentation conditions of an endophytic antifungal bacteria DS-9 isolated from the Salvia miltiorrhiza
摘要
Abstract
Objective]The strain DS-9 was an endophyte bacteria from Salvia miltiorrhiza which can good control the Bortytis cinerea .To effectively inhibit pathogenic fungus,[Methods]Its medium composition and fermentation condi-tions were optimized by the method of single factor and orthogonal design.[Results]The results indicated that the best basic culture medium was NYBD,the optimum carbonsource was glucose,the nitrogen source was the combination of pancreatic peptone and beef extract,the optimum fermentation conditionswere as following:pH 9.0,shaking flask volume at 200 mL/500 mL,proper inoculation 10%,130 r·min-1 for 24 h,the antibacterial substance had higher yield and bacteriostatic effect was the best.[Conclusion]The test for the Salvia miltiorrhiza endophytic bacteria provides the theory basis for the development and application of biological agents.关键词
