PBL与案例教学相结合在基础医学教学中的应用
Application of problem-based teaching mode combined with case-based teaching method in basic medical education
摘要
Abstract
The teaching mode of problem-based learning ( PBL) can train the students ’ abilities of finding and solving problems , but it is difficult to widely implement it in our country due to less class time , imperfect evaluation system , and lacks of teachers and their knowledge structure .Fitting well in the present circumstances , case-based teaching interspersed with PBL teaching , will be more con-ducive for students to grasp systematically the basic medical knowledge , to mobilize their enthusiasm , and strengthen the cultivation of students’ clinical thinking ability and innovation ability .关键词
