Abstract
Objective :To study the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary dis‐ease with the combination of phlegm heat and tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation .Methods :300 patients with COPD were randomly divided into experimental group and control group .All patients were treated with conventional therapy ,such as bronchial dilation ,relieving cough and resolving phlegm .In addition to the experimental group ,use phlegm heat and tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation to treat patients and observe the curative effect of the treatment .Results :The total effective rate of the experimental group (94% ) was higher than that in the control group (78 .67% ) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .05);the two groups’ PaO2 ,PaCO2 and score of APACHE‐Ⅱ were significantly improved after treatment ,but the improvement of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) .Con‐clusion:The treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with the combination of phlegm heat and tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation can improve the total effective rate .关键词
